I had my cut my hair very short  6 mo ago.(to about 4 in long all over) to get rid of the damaged hair from coloring and hair extentions, anyways my problem is my hair grows VERY slowly I can tell this because when when I cut it I also quit coloring it, it was colored blonde last and my natural hair is comming in brown so I have been able to measuer hair growth and it has only grown almost 2 in in the last 6 mo, I started taking prenatel (sp) pills. and I try to wash my hair only every 2-3 days what else can I do? I am desprate, I will not use extentions because this is what got me here to begin with......

Just be patient. Hair grows an average of about 1/2 inch a month. There's not much you can do to make it grow faster.

theres not much you could do, but try and up the water intake, it makes your scalp healthier = healthy growth!

Message your scalp with the pads of your finger tips daily for 5min or less with 100%Jojoba, 100%Coconut oil mixed with Essential oils rosemary and peppermint oil, that will do the trick! Let the oil sit on your hair about an hour and was with a sulfate free shampoo or just use conditioner.
